Job Description:

The GutterShutter Company of New York currently increasing our commission-only sales force. We’re looking for independent, motivated, self-starters to generate leads and sell our product to homeowners in Long Island, Rockland, Westchester and NYC’s five boroughs.

This career is for the sales pros that know how to make things happen. You MUST have:

1. Minimum of one-year experience in closing sales
2. The ability to generate leads and prospects on your own (additional commission for closing self-generated prospects)

All Candidates MUST:

• Be willing to work for commission only/straight commission (at least until proven that they can sell successfully and consistently)
• Be able to self-generate leads and cultivate their own prospects           
• Have a solid understanding of home improvements
• Have an outgoing personality with excellent communication and people skills
• Be highly self-motivated with the drive to succeed
• Be able to effectively and efficiently close business
• Have a valid drivers license
• Pass county licensing exams
